BAFTA Cymru Lifetime Achievement Award
honours
Dr Geraint Stanley Jones, CBE.

Gwyn Alf Williams Award
for a programme or series of programmes which have contributed the most to the understanding and appreciation of the history of Wales goes to
Catrin Evans

Independent Welsh films lead the way with,
A Bit of Tom Jones
scooping the BAFTA Cymru Award for Best Film/Drama and Welsh-language feature,
Cwcw
rounding up two wins for
Eiry Thomas
’ Best Actress performance and
John Hardy’s
Best Original Music Soundtrack.
Boomerang’s
Ryan a Ronnie
for S4C took the most Awards of the evening, walking away with the coveted BAFTA Cymru mask in categories; Director Film/Drama, Screenwriter, Director of Photography: Drama and
Aled Pugh’s
performance of ‘Ryan’ for Best Actor.....
