TREATMENT COURTS
Adult Drug Treatments
Courts are located in City and County Courts. The mission
of the Drug Treatment Court is to help break the cycle of drugs
and alcohol addiction by effectively using treatment resources,
to restore its participants as contributing members of society,
thereby reducing crime, lightening court caseloads, and saving
tax dollars.

FAMILY TREATMENT
COURTS
Family treatment Courts
are located in Family Courts. The mission of the Family
Treatment Court is to provide enhanced services to parent(s)
alleged to have neglected their children as a result of substance
abuse in order to ensure the safety and well-being of the children,
facilitate family reunification and expedite permanency planning.

Regional Drug Treatment
Courts are usually located in City Courts. Regional Courts,
also called Hub Courts, accept filing from towns and villages
in the County where the Court is located.
