Opera singer Dame Kiri Te Kanawa is to receive the lifetime achievement award at this year's Classical Brits.
The New Zealander, 65, who sang at the wedding of
Prince Charles
and Diana, will also perform at the ceremony on 13 May at the
Royal Albert Hall
