I know it is such a big topic that it is hard to fit it all in, but it seemed like they were just stuck on women, women, women. Although that is the majority of the porn, there is other forms out there! I am a huge supporter of Porn, but they barely scratched the surface of 2257 laws, obscenity laws and all that! Nothing new was said... its all old news. It was a good try for mainstream tv though. They did get one thing right.. porn sales are in the toilet.. b/c no one pays for porn when you can get it for free!

I find it absolutely bizarre that in the entire program not a single male actor was interviewed nor was any mention of the gay porn industry brought up. As much as the straight male world would like to believe, porn is not just fantasies of incidental lesbianism, produced by creepy, ugly, old white males. And what was up with the host's red overcoat outfit? That was just soooo....DIRTY. I don't care what the news program is supposed to be about, newscasters should not be dressed up like flashers. It was all too obvious how the wardrobe department obviously wanted to sex her up for the piece. But that's just unprofessional and loses credibility. There's a time and place for "sexy." And unfortunately for you, that time and place is not while reporting the news in the middle of Times Square, honey. Finally, the whole report is just one more example of a manufactured controversy. By one of the interviewee's own words, porn is not going away. End of discussion. So what if profits fall in the down economy, so what if big producers can't survive. It is just another step in the evolution of porn. And as for the anti-porn wingnuts, if they don't like it, then don't sneak around watching it when you think no one else is looking. Everyone else knows when you go home after your protests and petitions and Sunday church, you're getting off on it like the rest of normal society. The only difference is that you feel guilty afterward, so you want to blame everyone else but yourself. Leave the rest of us alone. And as for the porn "addict?" Dude, get a life. And lose some weight.
