Eric McCormack was born in Toronto Canada, but raised in
Calgary, Alberta Canada. He attended the top flight Ryerson Theatre School
in Toronto. Then he spent five years working at the Stratford Shakespeare
Festival, working his way up to lead roles in "A Midsummer Night's Dream"
and "Henry V." After Stratford, he moved to LA and took the title role
in NBC's hit comedy "Will and Grace." Eric now splits his life between
Vancouver Canada, and LA. He holds both American and Canadian citizenship,
and sang the national anthems of both countries at the 2004 NHL All Stars
Game.
