President?of the?Ground Jury

Martin Plewa (GER)? is an International Eventing Judge and International Technical Delegate?from Germany. At the 2008 Olympic Games, he will be acting?as Ground Jury President. He officiated, among others, at the FEI European Championships in?Blenheim 2005, the FEI World Equestrian Games?in Aachen 2006, as well as many?CCI (Burghley, Badminton, Lexington, Adelaide, Luhmuhlen, and Pau). Marilyn Payne (USA)? is an International Eventing Judge from the USA.   She officiated, among others, at the Badminton horse trials CCI, Burghley horse trials CCI, and the Rolex Kentuck 3-day CCI. She helped develop a training program for Eventing officials, including judging for young event horses in the United States. She Speaks English. Since 1986, he has officiated as?Course Designer and Technical Delegate all over the world. He designed the courses for the Olympic Games in Sydney 2000, while?at the Olmypic Games in?Athens 2004 he officiated as?Technical Delegate.
