Here at Doug Frost Swim School we believe that strokes and swimming should be taught correctly displaying good technique that can be built on with every new group level. We have used this belief to create some of the best swimmers in Australia including the likes of Ian Thorpe. It is this history and development that has seen the founder of this swim school, Mr Doug Frost, achieve the highest levels in the sport and through his son Paul Frost, takes direction to teach the children at this swim school to success.
