5)? Develop a nation-wide electronic payments system that serves all provinces of Afghanistan.
6)? Provide efficient, modern banking services to the Government of Afghanistan that enables
the effective implementation of government fiscal policies and plans; including revenue collection, funds disbursement and timely financial account information.???
7)? Provide accurate, timely and relevant information to the public.
8)? Hire, develop and compensate qualified, honest and innovative staff at every level.
