How do I log-in to VIP+ Vitals or VIP+ Premium?

To log-in to VIP+ Vitals or VIP+ Premium you must be a paid subscriber to one of our products (Variety Intelligence Platform or Variety Intelligence Platform Premier). Please click on the top right-hand button on the header of this website “ LOG IN ”. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. After you click on the red Log In button, you will be granted access to VIP+.

I have forgotten my password for VIP+ Vitals or VIP+ Premium.

For your convenience, VIP+ has password auto recovery options. To reset your password, please click on the top right-hand button “ LOG IN ”. You can reset your password by clicking “Having trouble? Please reset your password.” Check your email (including spam and promotional folders) for a reset email and follow the steps provided.
If you are unsure which email address you used to register, please contact Customer Service by email customerservicevip@variety.com or phone 1-212-832-5147 .

I know my email and password for VIP+ Vitals or VIP+ Premium, but when I try to log-in, I get an error message. How can I fix this?

If you are experiencing trouble logging into an individual subscription to VIP+ or Variety Archives, make sure you are typing your email and password correctly.

How do I update my newsletter preferences?

Visit our newsletter preferences page and enter your account-holding email. Our newsletters are available for VIP+ Vitals as well as VIP+ Premium.

How do I update my contact information or billing information for VIP+ Vitals or VIP+ Premium?

If you would like to update your contact information or billing information, please log-in to the Self Care Portal with your email address and password.

Who do I contact if I’m interested in corporate subscriptions for VIP+ Vitals or VIP+ Premium?

If I have an institutional or corporate subscription to VIP+ Vitals or VIP+ Premium, and I have problems with access. Who can I contact?
