njohur me pare si Baronesha Jane van Lawick-Goodall, eshte nje primatologe dhe antropologe angleze.

Goodall konsiderohet si ekspertja kryesore ne bote per shimpazete, dhe njihet me se shumti per pune e saj mbi 55 vjecare ne marredheniet sociale dhe familjare te shimpazeve te egra, qe kur vizitoi per here te pare Parkun Kombetar te Gombe Stream ne Tanzani ne vitin 1960.

Ajo eshte themeluesja e Institutit Jane Goodall dhe programit Roots & Shoots, dhe ka punuar gjeresisht mbi problemet e konservimit dhe te drejtave te kafsheve. Ne prill 2002, u emerua Lajmetare e Paqes nga OKB.
