Skarsgard was married to My Skarsgard from 1975 until they divorced in 2007. They had six children:
Alexander
(born in 1976),
Gustaf
(born in 1980), Sam (born in 1982),
Bill
(born in 1990), Eija (born in 1992) and Valter (born in 1995).
Four of Skarsgard's children - Alexander, Gustaf, Bill, and Valter, are also actors.
Skarsgard has been married to Megan Everett since 2010. They have two sons: Ossian (born in 2009) and Kolbjorn (born in 2012).
