Robert Adam Mosbacher Sr. (March 11, 1927 ? January 24, 2010) was an American businessman, yacht racer , and a Republican politician . Mosbacher was the United States Secretary of Commerce from 1989 to 1992 during the George H. W. Bush administration.

Mosbacher died of pancreatic cancer at a hospital in Houston , Texas on January 24, 2010 at the age of 82. [1] [2]
