Kyriakos Mitsotakis ( Greek : Κυρι?κο? Μητσοτ?κη? ; born 4 March 1968) is a Greek politician . He became Prime Minister of Greece on 8 July 2019. ^[1] Mitsotakis is the President of the New Democracy party. He briefly left office in May 2023. He returned to office on 26 June 2023, after winning the general election. ^[2]

He is the son of former Prime Minister Konstantinos Mitsotakis . Mitsotakis has been a member of the Hellenic Parliament since 2004. He served as Minister of Administrative Reform from 2013 to 2015.
