Gro Harlem Brundtland ( help · info ) ( IPA : /gru h???m br?ntl?n/ ) (born 20 April 1939) is a Norwegian politician, diplomat , and physician . She is an international leader in sustainable development and public health . She is a former Prime Minister of Norway . She was the Director General of the World Health Organization . In 2007, she became a Special Envoy for Climate Change for the United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon . ^[1]
