Prince Georgy Yevgenyevich Lvov ( Russian : Гео?ргий Евге?ньевич Львов; Georgij Evgen'evi? L'vov ) (2 November 1861 – 7 March 1925) was a Russian diplomat and politician. He was the first post-imperial Prime Minister of Russia . He served as Prime Minister from 15 March to 21 July 1917.

Lvov was born in Dresden , Kingdom of Saxony , German Confederation .

Lvov resigned in July 1917 in favor of his Minister of Justice , Alexander Kerensky . Lvov was arrested when the Bolsheviks seized power later that year. He escaped and settled in Paris , where he spent the rest of his life.

Lvov died in Paris, aged 63.
