Francis Fukuyama (born October 27, 1952) is an American political scientist and author , who is most known for his widely discussed book The End of History and the Last Man was published in 1992, in which thesis of a post-Cold War. [2]

He was born in Chicago , Illinois , United States . He earned his Ph.D in political science from Harvard University .
