Flavio Cotti

Swiss
politician
. He was born in
Prato-Sornico
, Switzerland.
He was elected to the
Federal Council of Switzerland
on 10 December 1986. He retired on 30 April 1999. He was a member of the
Christian Democratic People's Party of Switzerland
.
He was
President of the Confederation
twice, first in 1991 and then again in 1998.
