What happens? : The Translation tool is no more present in the list.
What should have happened instead? : The Translation tool should stay in the list.
This disappearance was pointed out by a French user. He prefers to have the Translation tool also in the sticky header. In my opinion, less differences are presents between the user menu on the top of the page and the user menu on the sticky header more is usefull for users: because any change is an effort for our brain, in this case it is a futile and avoidable effort.

Dear language team The sticky header dropdown is considered a separate menu in Vector, so you'll need to explicitly add the translate link to that menu if desired.
