The festival continues the culture of sharing a cup of Chinese tea with the world, with "Tea Fragrance, Blooming Flowers" as the theme and getting together well-known tea companies and emerging tea brands. It includes activities such as the Goddess of Flowers parade, a tea art exhibition and a traditional Hanfu performance. A tea fragrance tour guide is also to be released to further enrich cultural consumption and help build Chaoyang District into a "tea fragrance city" and a "garden city."

From May 16 to May 19, the "Tea Fragrance Carnival" in Chaoyang Park will be open to the public for free all day. However, the "Tea Fragrance Garden Party" will be open for a limited time. Citizens and tourists can make an appointment and purchase tickets to taste tea, enjoy the scenery and experience the high-quality tea culture that integrates the past and the present.

In addition to the tea culture experience, there are also special projects such as incense rituals, ikebana, Hanfu performances, tea-related poems, and "new dock" culture such as "Tea & Coffee Theme Salon" and "Sunset Music Party." The consumption scene creates a cozy space for young people to meet friends over tea. During the event, there will also be a Tang Dynasty dance performance and 30+ folk music performances. During nights, from May 17 to May 19, the back garden stage, corridor and water stage will present opera, folk music and Chinese-style electronic music performances.

The 2024 Beijing Chaoyang International Tea Culture Festival fully demonstrates the cultural heritage and artistic atmosphere of "Tea +" through the integration and sharing of well-known traditional tea companies and emerging tea brands. In the future, the Beijing Chaoyang International Tea Culture Festival, together with the Beijing Chaoyang International Craft Beer Festival and the Beijing Chaoyang International Light Festival, will create a more internationally influential platform for cultural display and exchanges.
