of March 2020, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the African Union, E. Abdullayev, responded to the call of the African Union to combat the Ebola virus rampant in the Democratic Republic of the Congo by providing US$20K in assistance to the EU Commissioner for Social Affairs, Mrs Amira el-Fadil.
