I found this posted on DBSK’s thread at Soompi and I think I need to post it as fast as I can so that you can be informed. This is in connection with the signature campaign that the so-called “fans” started regarding the plea for the reconciliation of the three members and SM Entertainment.

this is comment of a reader on dbsksleeplessnight. if u are reading this, really sorry i have to use your comment to explain here:
“I saw on Chinese Baidu bar that this is likely another tactic used by SM to collect signatures in order to use them in court against the trio: supposedly the wording on the petition includes sentences such as “cannot agree with how the trio is handling the situation” and even went so far to indicate that these signatures would be used in court later on. The baidu article also pointed out that this signature petition website was run by the “ former” DNBN administrator who was relieved from the position precisely because such inappropriate, biased behaviors in the past against the trio.

If this were true, then signing this petition is going to aid SM in using manipulative tactics in gaining control of the members again, versus the true welfare of the five. Please be sure you understand what you are signing before you sign……ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON’T READ KOREAN.”

We since last year have suffered a very big blow due to the result of the lawsuit by Junsoo, Yoochun and Jaejoong against SM Ent over the termination of the company’s exclusive contract (again, sorry, not doing law @-@) . Because we know that the result of the lawsuit will become a very big influence towards the continuity of TVXQ, so we feel very uneasy. Bringing hope that the five members of TVXQ can proceed their entertainment activities without worry, and hoping that our feelings will not be hurt any further by bringing up objections against this termination of contract, and submit the following subject matters.

1. Since last year from the start of the lawsuit, until now it has nearly been a year. Not only the five members of TVXQ, but also Korea, Japan, Thailand and European fans are very much heartbroken. (They left my country out, hmph) *This is because seeing the members feels like our TVXQ will in an instant disappear from memories, the feeling of unease and from that the shock and hurt felt.

2. TVXQ members Junsoo, Yoochun and Jaejoong said, in the future they ‘hope to continue TVXQ activities’, ‘amending the burden of contract, creating conditions where we can freely express and showcase our music, everybody become one, believe our fans will stand in front of us.’ As the three members have stated, with regards to the uneasy and painful suffering of fans and Yunho and Changmin, they bear a responsibility to finalise and finish off this incident, and bring their biggest efforts so that they can participate in TVXQ activities.

3. SM have on many occasions expressed their offer and intentions for the three members to amend their contract. The three members have rejected this offer, we express our disappointment on their attitude. The three of them have through public opinion said, ‘First have a conversation. The biggest intentions of this plan is through having a conversation with SM to inquire a way on how to settle the problem.

4. Even when they are not a part of this lawsuit, it is regretful that the ones victimised the most are Yunho and Changmin. Around the duration of a year, the members have endured blame and insults, with adjectives similiar to betrayer and have their names tarnished etc. In addition, the hurt caused to us cannot be described in words. We sincerely hope this incident will not cause any harm to the 2 members.

Through the above mentioned 4 matters, only conveying the sincere hopes of ‘people waiting for TVXQ’. Please consult and give a wise verdict.

I don’t know about you guys but I DEFINITELY WILL NOT JOIN THIS SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN . The things stated here are clearly biased and will only ruin DBSK rather than bring them back together.

It’s up to you if you’re gonna sign this signature campaign but please, make sure that you know what you’re signing before doing it. Think thoroughly before deciding to join this or not.

This is the first time I’ve heard of this signature campaign by some fans. Was this started by Japanese fans? Or was it the Korean fans who thought of this?

100522 TVXQ Fans Create Petition For The Reconciliation Between SM And TVXQ’s 3 Members

TVXQ fans have begun a petition calling for the reconciliation between SM Entertainment and Micky Yoochun, Xiah Junsu and YoungWoong Jaejoong of TVXQ.

One fan, who revealed that she is a Japanese fan of TVXQ, stated, “We’ve come together with Daum Television’s TVXQ Gallery to create an online signature petition calling for a reconciliation between SM and the three members of TVXQ.”

The petition states, “How could fans not feel heartbroken at the fact that TVXQ, who has an enormous fandom with 800,000 official fanclub members, is suddenly faced with a disbandment crisis,” and “We hope for the normalization of TVXQ through a negotiation between SM and the three members involved in the lawsuit.”

The petition site is currently available in Korean, Chinese, Japanese and English and is made so that fans from all over the world can participate as well.

This petition was created through a minority of fans from the Daum Television TVXQ Gallery, whose thoughts differed from the majority who believed they should just believe and wait, who came together and shared their opinions.

The fans running this petition say that the most sensible course of action is not to cancel the exclusive contract, but to come to a negotiation with SM.

I cannot force you to not sign this petition. I cannot rip your hands off the keyboard or tie you to a chair.
I can however, share a little insight on these “Daum Television TVXQ Gallery” people who began this petition.
As you know, I used to be an active participant in the TVXQ Gallery, if you remember, the Thanks To letters were posted there.
Everything was great, there were a couple of people who came in and bashed the boys, but that was normal and that had happened from the beginning so it was ignored.

Then, the announcement to pause TVXQ’s Japanese activities came up and all hell broke loose.
The people who used to say “Let’s believe in TVXQ and wait” began to say “JCS are a bunch of backstabbers and they don’t deserve to be in TVXQ.”
The gallery, which used to be filled with news, pictures and letters, began to be filled with hate comments that slandered the members, their judgments, their families and everything else. I hate to put it this way but it tilted from being JCS biased (because supporting the change to the exclusive contract was going in JCS’ favor instead of SM’s right?) to full out JCS bashing bonanza.JCS were called “Money lovers, Cosmetics freaks, backstabbers, deserters”.

I stopped going there around a week after all of this happened because my heart broke every time I saw people switch sides.
TVXQ fans? These people are not TVXQ fans.
A friend of mine once tried going there and sorting things out and telling them that they shouldn’t act like they were acting, they told her to “ POCKY off back to Yuaerubi” These people hate Yuaerubi, DNBN and Poplez.

I have lost my faith in these people. Anything that comes out of that gallery sounds like lies and deceit to me. Don’t let their title fool you. Yes, deep down in my heart, I wish for TVXQ to come back to. Yes, I agree that HoMin were neglected by fans at the beginning because they did not join in the lawsuit. But do I really agree with this statement?
“Some fans stated that TVXQ followed a suicidal schedule, but we feel that many singers go through similar schedules these days. We believe it is far fetched to call this a slave contract when the TVXQ members were just working hard to follow their popularity.”
So please, before you decide to sign this petition, please read every word of it. Please understand exactly what you are signing. That is all I can say as I turn my back on those who have turned their backs on TVXQ.

+)I just visited the website of SaveTVXQ, a creator of another petition related to this one. They’ve called the “faith” in “Always keep the Faith” a “fake” created by individual fans.

The petition is headed by SaveTVXQ, AfterTVXQ and Daum Televsion TVXQ Gallery.
Do you want to be signing a petition created by a group created by the old dnbn.org founder who call AKTF a fake, a website who denies being a TVXQ site and instead say they are a “Place where those who are tired of waiting have quit being TVXQ fans can rest” and a gallery that has turned it’s back on TVXQ?

I believe that the intention of the fans who started this signature campaign is good. I mean, we all want this to end, right? I take back what I said. I think their intention isn’t good considering the contents of the petition.

PERSONALLY, I do not agree with this signature campaign. Why? Simply because I do not want to pressure the boys into doing something that they do not or are not ready to do. If they are to reconcile with SM Entertainment, I want them to do it willingly and not just because they’re pressured to do it because of a campaign by the fans. JaeJoong, Yoochun and Junsu are old enough to know what is right and wrong and to decide for themselves. I think sometimes because of our desire to keep DBSK and to see them together again, we are forgetting that what is at stake here is not our life and our future but THEIRS. It is not proper for us, fans, to put their lives and future in our hands. They have every right to do what they deem is good for them. Other people do not have the right to tell them what they should and should not do. Whether their actions and decisions result to something good or bad, I guess we just have to respect that if we truly love them and wish for their happiness.

P.S. My heart broke when I realized how cruel some people can be. How could they say those harsh things to JaeJoong, Yoochun and Junsu? Those people DO NOT deserve to be called Cassiopeia because they don’t know the true meaning of being one.

As an artiste, Junsu has an outstanding vocal ability and dance skills, and to top it off, he has a charisma that will make not just Japan, but the entire world go crazy for him.

“I wish to express my thoughts as much as I can through my actions. That is because I feel, even though it may seem cliche, that if I don’t do it well, it could affect others. I thought of getting married before turning 27 years old previously, but it looks like I may have to push it back to when I am 30 years old.”

External appearance is not as important as having the heart to work hard and to fight for what is important.

Junsu is termed as Asia’s “Wonder Kid” due to his outstanding stage presence, and his ability to capture the hearts of countless fans with his laughing gags. During the interview, he answered in Japanese very seriously, and sometimes he would go off into a daze in an innocent and adorable manner. Other times, he would liven up the atmosphere through interesting tunes and dance moves. My work now is not just about myself, but it is also for my family in the future. The same author also said, “Even in a marriage filled with love, it can at most go on for three years.” But don’t worry, after creating more moments and memories upon the foundation of love, whatever feelings that exist will become deeper. In order to keep true love, you must have a grateful heart, and I feel that is most important.

I love Junsu’s answers! He’s so romantic! This line is definitely my favorite: “Love means treating each other with sincerity.”

I kinda felt bad for him when he said he yearns to kiss and hug on the streets. It is not impossible but we all know that it’s going to be difficult for that to happen. Even if most of the fans have matured, there will still be some who will feel bad and might do something unpleasant. Or if not for the overly jealous fans, I’m sure some people especially the antis will criticize him even if what he’s doing is just a normal thing that lovers do. I guess this is one of the downsides of being a celebrity. They’re not free to do the things that ordinary people do. I just hope that one day, Junsu (and the other members, too) will be able to do whatever he wants to do without being criticized by other people.

100522 VOGUE NIPPON July Issue ? Yunho’s Appearance

Tohoshinki’s leader Yunho will be making an appearance on the July issue of VOGUE NIPPON, which will be on sales from 28th May onwards! We will also be giving away the signed handkerchief that was held close to Yunho’s heart during the photo shoot. There will also be special images in the newly released iPad version!

Last month, the leader of Tohoshinki, the most popular Korean group in Japan, Yunho, accepted our interview and even did a photo shoot with us.

The moment Yunho appeared, the crew member took him over to me for an introduction. During our greetings, I did not know if it was better to shake hands, or to hand him my name card, thus I was a little hesitant. The crew member suggested the name card, so I did accordingly.

Suddenly, the author beside me went “I’m sorry! I left my name card in the room at the other side!” Upon hearing this, Yunho immediately shook hands with her! As I was standing beside them, I kept thinking “Ah, they shook hands~!” (I was really envious of the author but I kept this to myself!) In that split second, as though he had noticed something, Yunho immediately turned to me and shook hands with me! I was really nervous!

He is 184cm tall and very handsome. He is also very polite, a 24-year-old who works hard with all his might! I’m sure that most people got interested on? J.Rich because one of the members of the group is being associated to Yunho. I think we have to accept the fact that whether or not it was done interntionally,? the appearance of Yunho? in the MV and his display of support did help them in being more recognized and gaining the attention of people. But hopefully, the people/fans would appreciate them as artists and see their talents rather than being know just as “Yunho’s friend”. I really hope that people will love them because of who they are and what they can do and not just because they are close to someone as famous and successful as Yunho. =)
