The Phyllis Wheatley Community Library is closing the afternoon of 6/20 due to a maintenance issue. City branch libraries Arnett, Lincoln, and Winton will be participating in the City Cool Sweep Heat Emergency operation and will have extended hours until 9PM on 6/20 and 6/21.
