Universal Products & Experiences has partnered with The LEGO Group on a first line of building sets for DreamWorks Animation’s preschool series Gabby’s Dollhouse .?
Inspired by episodes from the show, the new LEGO sets will let kids construct a cupcake kitchen, Mercat’s ship and spa, Kitty Fairy’s treehouse, and the show’s namesake eight-room dollhouse. All four products are set to roll out this August in select North American retailers, and they will also be available online through Amazon and LEGO’s e-commerce website.?
Gabby’s Dollhouse is a mixed-media preschool series (52 x 24 minutes) that debuted on Netflix in 2021. Its namesake main character unboxes toys in live action, and then heads off on adventures with her feline friends in a CG-animated world.?
The show’s seventh season launched on March 20, and its official YouTube channel surpassed a billion views in April. Nickelodeon picked up the first season of the show last month, and plans to roll the episodes out on Nick Jr. in the US in May.?
LEGO’s playsets join a growing consumer products program that already includes toys and mobile apps from Spin Master, and picture books from Scholastic.?
