テレオルマン? ロシオリイ?デ?ヴェデ 出身。1988年、 プロイェシュティ の石油ガス?究院油井掘削?炭化水素?床開??部卒業 [5] 。2006年には、 ブカレスト の?立政治行政大?から?州公共?論の修士?を取得した [5] 。

大?卒業後、工業高校?諭や石油?社ペトロムSAのエンジニアとして?くかたわら、1996年に社?民主?に入? [6] 。それ以降、同?や地方行政でさまざまな役職を?任し、テレオルマン?議?議員在任中の2009年に社?民主?から ?州議?議員 に?選した。?州議?では 社?民主進?同盟 に所?したが [7] 、特に法案を起草することはなかった。

2018年1月17日、ダンチラは所?する社?民主?からル?マニアの首相に推?された。首相のミハイ?トゥドセは1月15日、政??部の?力?いのため??から支持を失い、すでに?任していた [11] 。大統領の クラウス?ヨハニス は社?民主?の推薦を受け入れ、ダンチラを次期首相に指名したが、主要野?はこうした動きを?しく批判した [12] [13] 。ダンチラ?閣は1月29日に??で信任され、正式に?足した [14] [15] 。女性首相はル?マニア史上初めてであった。また、ダンチラの首相就任でル?マニアでは1年間に3度も政?が交代することとなった [16] 。首相就任にともない、?州議?議員は1月28日に?職した [17] 。

しかしダンチラ政?の進める司法制度改革は、他のEU諸?から司法介入であり法による秩序を脅かすと批判を受けた。また、社?民主?の幹部が汚職事件で?監されたほか、積極的な財政政策も財政や?常?支に?影響を及ぼしていると不評であったため、徐?に?民の支持を失っていった。そして2019年10月8日、 議? は?閣不信任決議案を?成238票の過半?（全?では上下院合わせた465人）で可決し、ダンチラ政?は崩?した [18] [19] 。

2018年2月、ダンチラは野?の?州議?議員について、「EUを誤った方向に導いて」おり、「まるで 自閉症 患者のようだ」と批判した [20] 。この?言には自閉症?保護者の?がただちに反?し、政治問題において「自閉症」という言葉を非常にネガティブな意味で用いることは、我?に?する侮辱にあたると主張した [21] 。ル?マニアの全?差別撲滅評議?も、この件に?して、ダンチラへの事情?取の手?きを開始した [22] 。その後、ダンチラは 自閉症スペクトラム障害 の人?を侮辱する意?はなかったと述べ、謝罪した [23] 。

2018年5月17日、主要野? ?民自由? の ルドビク?オルバン ?首は、大統領ヨハニスの合意と承認を?ずに在 イスラエル 大使館を テルアビブ から エルサレム に移?したことに?して、大逆罪でダンチラを刑事告?した [32] 。その1か月後の6月28日には、組織犯罪?テロリズム?査?局 (DIICOT) がこの件の?査に着手した [33] 。しかし、DIICOTは9月28日、告?を裏付ける??が乏しいとして、大逆は起きてないと結論し、?査を終結した [34] 。
