バタヴィ族 （Batavi）は、紀元前1世紀後半から西?3世紀にかけて現在の オランダ の ライン川 デルタ地域に住んでいた古代 ゲルマン人 の部族である。 バタウィ族 とも表記される。この名前は、この部族から?募されたロ?マ軍の部隊の名前でもある。部族の名前は、おそらく batawj? （「良い島」、 ゲルマン語 の bat 「良い」、および awj? 「島、水に近い土地」）に由?し、この地域の肥沃度を指す。
