ハロルド?ゴ?ドン?スキリング （Harold Gordon Skilling, 1912年 2月28日 - 2001年 3月2日 ）は、 カナダ の 政治?者 で、 トロント大? 名??授。 チェコスロヴァキア を中心に共産?の政治および?史を?門とする。

トロント のスコットランド系の家庭に生まれる。 トロント大? 卒業後、1940年、 ロンドン大? スラヴ?東???究所で博士?取得。 ウィスコンシン大? 、 ダ?トマス大? 、 コロンビア大? を?て、1959年から、トロント大?で?鞭をとった。
