Per community consensus , BetacommandBot has been blocked indefinitely , as part of the community editing restriction against User:Betacommand that prohibits him from using automated tools to make edits.

This user account was a bot operated by Betacommand ( talk ). It is not a sock puppet , but rather it was an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.

• This was a bot run by Betacommand used for automatic substing templates, working on WP:CFD/W and other tasks .
• BetacommandBot was an automated bot, but was also run by Betacommand manually.
• Unofficial clone of RFC bot , for when that went down.

If this bot has subst'ed a Template that per WP:SUBST should be subt'ed but you have it saved on a page for reference, please just add <!--BetacommandBot Exclude--> (this will not appear on the page but will be in the code) to the page to prevent any further substitutions on that page from this bot thanks User:Betacommand 14:16, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
