I broke out a section under Major Demographic events per edit summary suggestion. Two reasons. First, it's not a good idea to mix up two different things - peoples and events - in a single section as that just leads to confusion and looks sloppy. Second, the way that the text was arranged previously seemed like it was trying to suggest a certain POV (i.e. Poles only in Pomerania after 1945). The demographic events section should probably be expended with other demographic phenomenon.
