I live in New South Wales and bought a bottle of macadamia oil today. There was only one brand of this oil available at my local supermarket (Coles, one of the "big two" in Australia). There were over fifty brands and sizes of other oils such as olive, sunflower etc. I'd hardly say that macadamia oil is rushing off the shelves. I would suggest either altering the article to read "sometimes used in Australian Cuisine" or just delete it altogether as there is no citation or reference as to its actual popularity or consumption. --
