Sources in the Manu family confirm that Gheorghe Manu was a Prime Minister but cannot confirm the interval 5 November 1889 ? 15 February 1891. He does not appear on the list of Prime Ministers: neither on the English nor on the Romanian Wiki. That interval appears to have been covered by Lasc?r Catargiu . That picture wasn't of him. He was PM between 1889 and 1891.
