Was the Coat of arms under the writing with the Swords the Coat of Arms of the VRS form 1992-1996?

You could also made it redirect in Wikipedia by calling it the "Forces of the Serb(ian) Republic." As you well know, Republika Srpska means "Serbian Republic" referring to the statelet in Bosnia that wanted to merge with Serbia to the east and stay within Yugoslavia.
