Maslak Pavilion ( Turkish : Maslak Kasrı ) is a former imperial Ottoman pavilion located in Istanbul , Turkey . It was constructed during the reign of Sultan Abdulaziz (1861-1876). It is under the administration of the Turkish Directorate of National Palaces .
