Cincinnati Reds
as an international free agent in 2008. Kuo played for the
Dayton Dragons

Billings Mustangs
before being released on March 29, 2010.

Kuo signed with the
Lamigo Monkeys
of the
Chinese Professional Baseball League
in 2011 and has played for the club through the 2020 season.
In 37 games for Rakuten in 2023, Kuo batted .307/.326/.402 with 2 home runs and 13 RBI. On November 30, 2023, Kuo was non?tendered by the Monkeys.
