| Everything is now correctly centered. The stars are perfectly centered, the torch is centered, and the aspect ratio fits. This is the best I can get the flag to look.

| Better yellow. Fixed one of the rays that was touching the flame. The text is more centered between the two stars. The details on the torch are more aligned.
