. It debuted in 2023 as the highest level of professional baseball in the country, supplanting the summer-time
AA League
.

Like the AA League, CPB is organized by the Curacao Baseball Federation (FEBEKO).
The inaugural edition of the tournament took place between December 3 to December 10, 2023, at Tio Daou Ballpark in
Willemstad
.
