, Cameroon. It is currently used mostly for

matches. It serves as a home ground of
Cotonsport Garoua
. The stadium holds 30,000 people and was built in 1978. The capacity is 22,000 people. This stadium is set to be one of the stadiums used in the
African Cup of Nations in 2021

, with aggregate goals used to determine the winner. If the sides were level on aggregate after the second leg, the
away goals rule
would have been applied, and if still level, the tie would have proceeded directly to a
penalty shootout
