The leading rotation in baseball will be well-represented at the 2019 All-Star Game.

Dodger starters Walker Buehler, Clayton Kershaw and Hyun-Jin Ryu were named to the National League All-Star team on Sunday, joining teammate Cody Bellinger as the Dodgers’ 2019 representatives for the All-Star Game on July 9 in Cleveland.

This marks the first career All-Star nods for Ryu and Buehler, who entered Sunday ranking first and second respectively among qualified Major League starters in strikeout-to-walk ratio. Ryu (0.90), Buehler (0.97) and Kershaw (1.07) all rank in the top 10 among qualified Major League starters in WHIP this year.

Ryu is 9?2 and leads the Majors in ERA (1.83) and strikeout-to-walk ratio (13.43), tossing 94 strikeouts with only seven walks. He becomes the fourth Korean-born player to earn a selection to the All-Star Game, joining Chan-Ho Park (2001), Byung-Hyun Kim (2002) and Shin-Soo Choo (2018). The reigning Pitcher of the Month went 5?0 with a 0.59 ERA in May.

Buehler is 8?1 with a 3.43 ERA and 104 strikeouts. In June, he went 3?0 with a 2.45 ERA, 46 strikeouts and two walks.

Kershaw will make his eighth All-Star appearance and his first since 2017. The lefty is 7?2 with a 3.23 ERA, tossing 82 strikeouts with 15 walks. Kershaw has gone at leas six innings in all 14 starts, throwing quality starts in 11 of those appearances.

The trio of starters have helped the Dodgers lead all Major League rotations in ERA (3.00), WHIP (1.03), K/BB (5.13), BB/9 (1.75) and innings pitched (495).

After starting positions players were named on Thursday, the full 2019 All-Star squads (with pitchers and reserves) were unveiled at 2:30 p.m. PT Sunday on ESPN. The Dodgers didn’t have any reserve position players named to the All-Star team, though other deserving players could still be named as replacements. Manager Dave Roberts made his case for Max Muncy earlier this weekend.
