In Wikimedia Commons, in "Double cluster" (referring to NGC 869 and NGC 884 double star cluster in Perseus), the photograph "File:2012-03-13 21-00-04-amas-persee-15f-2s-14d-11o.jpg" is included. Is it correct that this photograph shows NGC 869 and NGC 884? I was trying to match the stars shown in this photograph with other images of NGC 869 and NGC 884 but did not succeed...

Lorsque j’ai commence a contribuer a Wikipedia, j’ai telecharge des insignes de regiments francais, soit en les photographiant a partir de ma collection personnelle, soit en les dessinant a l’identique de l’original. J’ai cesse cette activite lorsque j’ai realise que, pour les insignes regimentaires ukrainiens, un droit specifique existait (
en Ukraine, c’est clair?: ils sont dans le domaine public
).
Par consequent, en 2022, je me suis rapproche du service historique de l’armee francaise (
j’attends toujours leur reponse, deux ans plus tard, je commence a penser que je ne la recevrai jamais
).
Je me demande comment determiner quels droits d’auteur s’appliquent a une image d’insigne regimentaire francais lorsque je la redessine entierement a partir d’un media ou d’une insigne physique, afin de la convertir en un media au format .SVG. De cette facon, je pourrais savoir si nous avons le droit de les publier sur Wikipedia Commons.
La seule “reponse” que j’ai recue est celle d’un general francais lors d’une soiree privee. Il m’a assure oralement que ≪?
l’armee francaise apprecie grandement les articles parlant de l’armee francaise sur Wikipedia et que ce n’est certainement pas l’armee francaise qui protestera ou me causera des problemes
?≫. Vous conviendrez que c’est un peu maigre comme assurance.
Je dois avouer que je suis perdu, et j’aimerais beaucoup continuer a telecharger des insignes de regiment francais, a condition de ne pas enfreindre un quelconque droit d’auteur.
