이 書類는 大韓民國 에서 著作權保護期間이 滿了되여 著作權이 消滅된 公開領域 입니다.

大韓民國著作權法第39條에서 第43條까지 에 따르면, 大韓民國政府의 管轄 아래 있는 모든 著作物은 著作者(共同著作物은 맨 마지막으로 死亡한 著作者)가 死亡한후 70年, 企業所等이 作成한 業務上著作物은 公表한 때부터 70年이 經過하면 著作財産權이 消滅됩니다.

소리 書類나 放送은 創作한후 50年이 經過하면 著作權이 消滅됩니다. 大韓民國著作權法第3章第5節에는 다음과 같이 밝히고있습니다.

咀嚼隣接圈은 다음 各號의 어느 하나에 該當하는 때의 다음 해부터 起算하여 70年間存續한다.

失戀의 境遇에는 그 失戀을 한 때
音盤의 境遇에는 그 音盤을 發行한 때. 다만, 音을 音盤에 맨 처음 固定한 때의 다음 해부터 起算하여 70年이 經過한 때까지 音盤을 發行하지 아니한 境遇에는 音을 音盤에 맨 처음 固定한 때
放送의 境遇에는 그 放送을 한 때

大韓民國의 著作權法(法律制3916號) 附則第2條第1項 및 著作權法(法律制432號) 第35條第1項, 第36條, 第37條, 第39條에 따라, 1976年 12月 31日以前에 咀嚼된 寫眞, 寫眞술 같은 方法에 依하여 製作한 著作物은 著作權이 消滅되였습니다.

大韓民國著作權法第49條 에 依해 個人著作權者가 相續人없이 死亡하거나 法人 또는 團體가 解散되餘民法 또는 그밖의 法律에 依해 著作權이 國家에 歸屬 될 때도 著作權이 消滅합니다.
