Description
English: Because the flag code for the Indiana state flag requires that the state flag be given the same amount of respect and care as the U.S. national flag, (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indiana_Code ), the state flag is to be hanging vertically on the observer's right side of the U.S. flag with the reverse side facing the observer.
