Beschryvinge des Eylants en slot Mocambique gelegen op de grensen Melinde seer ryck van Ebanhout, fijn gout en Ambargrys, waer aff veel slauen naer Indyen wech gevoert werden door Jan Huijgen van Linschoten .

Densas sijluce ebanos aurom mihi viscera terae Ambara fert pretio littus odore pari auferri haec telrabile nu quoq: pubem Auehert pelago dira cupido meam PHoogerb .
