This reproduction is permitted under the Copyright Law ( Translated English version ) of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea , Article 32 ( Original version in Korean 조선민주주의인민공화국 著作權法 ) states that "A copyrighted work may be used without the permission of the copyright owner [...] When a copyrighted work in public places is copied." Furthermore, architectures are not mentioned in Copyright Act Article 9, so they do not have a copyright in North Korea. See COM:CRT/North Korea#Freedom of panorama for more information.
