•  Keep Not a single reason to delete. First what proofs that you have that this isnt a model? None and the Flickr original title says "Unknown Model", so the burden of proof is in you to proof the contrary. Second, the uploader is a former Commons administrator, so this is not an self-promotion or abuse, as you claim. Third this image is clearly in scope, per categories, location, photographed subject and as several editors have edited this image and was never nominated to deletion and there is not a single limit to images in scope. Or are you going to nominate your images of turkish food or images of trains, cats, airplanes, etc? Besides this is one of few images of people in Agia Napa, Cyprus or women at the beach in Cyprus.
