NEW YORK, NY, July 17, 2006 -- COMEDY CENTRAL rides in the fast lane in "Reel Comedy: Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby." This half-hour special premieres on Tuesday, August 1 at 7:00 p.m.
COMEDY CENTRAL?s "Reel Comedy: Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby? is hosted by comedian Paul F. Tompkins, who visits the set of ?Talladega Nights? to chat with the film?s stars, including Will Ferrell, Sascha Baron Cohen, John C. Reilly, Leslie Bibb, Michael Clark Duncan and David Koechner. Will and the cast take Tompkins on a rollicking tour of the Nascar raceway in Charlotte, North Carolina and give him tips on professional racing and talk about their upcoming movie. Sony?s ?Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby? opens in theaters on August 4.
Encore presentations air Wednesday, August 2 at 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Thursday, August 3 at 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. and Friday, August 4 at 5:00 p.m.
"Reel Comedy" is COMEDY CENTRAL?s series of specials that provide a unique, in-depth look at the hottest new comedic films.
