Silver Springs guests will be able to take a virtual dive into the park’s history this weekend. The Marion County attraction will be marking the 50th anniversary of the final season of “Sea Hunt,” an adventure series that filmed 100 episodes there.

On Saturday and Sunday, divers will use scuba gear authentic to the times of the TV show in the springs. Visitors in the park’s famed glass-bottom boats will have optimum view of the divers reenatcting knife scenes from the series, which starred Lloyd Bridges as a former frogman.

“Sea Hunt” expert Alex Peirce will display his collection of TV items and memorabilia from the show.
