Gulls seal Akinfenwa deal
Torquay United have signed former Doncaster striker Adebayo Akinfenwa on a one-year contract.

And boss Leroy Rosenior was thrilled to have captured the 22-year-old following David Graham's move to Wigan.

Rosenior said: "I am loath to say Bayo is a replacement for David Graham. He's very much an individual with his own style of play. He will fit in nicely."

But defender Rueben Hazell has left Plainmoor after failing to agree terms on a new contract.

Meanwhile, defender Craig Taylor has signed a 12-month extension to keep him at Torquay until June, 2006 and Michael Small has also agreed a new deal.
