Where can I buy the paper off the newsstand?
You can find Korea JoongAng Daily-NYT at bookstores and some convenience stores in Seoul.

Bookstores :
- Kyobo: Gangnam, Gwanghwamun, Daegu, Seoul National Univ., Songdo, Eunpyeong, Ewha Womans Univ., Jamsil, Jeonbuk National Univ.
- Youngpoong: Gangnam, Gangnam Posco, Seohyeon, COEX starfield, Yeouido, Jonggakjongro, Hongik Univ.

How often is the paper published?
The Korea JoongAng Daily - The New York Times is distributed from Monday to Friday, with only The New York Times on Saturday. The paper is not published on Lunar New Year, Chuseok, Labor Day (5/1) and Christmas (12/25).
When does the paper arrive?
The paper usually arrives around 6 a.m. However, readers outside Seoul and the metropolitan area will receive issues one day late.

Are there any subscriber benefits?
Korea Joongang Daily - The New York Times offers free digital services with subscriber benefits. During the regular subscription period, you can enjoy free access to The New York Times digital services ($8/month).

How do I pay for my subscription?
All payments are made in advance.
You can pay for the paper in one of the following three ways.

Credit Card: Please inform us of the type, number, expiration date and the cardholder’s name.

Direct Deposit: You can go to a nearby bank and wire your payment to the following account.

Invoice: A bill can be sent only for a company subscription.

Is it possible to temporarily stop delivery? Who should I contact if I move to another address?
If you want to put a temporary hold on your subscription for a vacation or business trip, please email NYT@joongang.co.kr . If you move to a new address, please let us know so we can rearrange delivery.
Is it possible to get a refund?
As a rule, a refund is not possible, but, in case of service problems, a refund of 2,000 won per copy will be processed.

高等學生 및 大學生, 그리고 軍人에 한하여 6個月 以上 購讀하실 境遇 月 25,000원의 割引된 購讀料를 適用 받을 수 있습니다. 이 境遇, 學生(或은 軍人)임을 證明할 수 있는 書類(學生證, 在學證明書, 軍人證 寫本)를 申請 後 一週日 內에 nyt@joongang.co.kr 로 보내주시면 됩니다.
決濟는 어떻게 이루어집니까?
모든 購讀料는 先納을 原則으로 하며, 購讀料는 아래의 方法으로 決濟가 可能합니다.

休暇나 出張, 其他 個人事情으로 購讀을 一時 中斷하셔야 할 境遇에는 顧客센터(1577-0510) 또는 카카오톡 相談 채널(ID: 코리아中央데일리)로 連絡주시면 年間 3回, 最長 3個月까지 休毒이 可能하며 該當 期間만큼 購讀日數를 延長해 드립니다. 또한 理事로 인해 住所 變更이 必要할 境遇에도 같은 番號로 連絡주시면 配達 住所를 變更해 드립니다.
