This is a cold recipe

This recipe should produce a very smooth, almost like cold brewed iced coffee, but with a thicker, syrupy body.

“I like a medium-dark roasted Colombian beans best, but Peruvian is fantastic as well. I've also gotten great coffee using a Costa Rican/ Bali blend.”

Equipment:

AeroPress®

Add 200g ice to mug and place Aeropress chamber on top.
Add coffee to chamber and pour 20g over grounds to bloom for 30 seconds.
Add remaining water (180ml). Let sit for 30 seconds.
At 1:30, plunge into cup for about 30 seconds
