My email provider (Skiff) went out of business so I have been forced to update all accounts (100s...so tedious) to a new email.
After coming to BambuLab moment: low and behold it is not possible. In 2024.
In the account page they ask to contact CS to update the email (?) and then in the ticketing system they say it is not possible to update the email and to create a new one.
This is plain absurd.
Not only would that mean losing my profiles, my points and my printed history, it means losing the purchase linked to my person which might create issues with warranty claims down the line.
I hope someone in here from BL can read this and provide a solution. The closure of the email provider is something outside of my control and the company should be able (like 99.9% of all companies in the world) to allow a simple email update.
