Visitor Notice

Please join our efforts to maintain the beautiful garden and comply with the following notice for your safety.

  • Smoking and drinking is prohibited in all areas of the garden.
  • Collecting plants, insects, and stones is prohibited in the garden. You will be punished according to the relevant law and ordered out of the garden.
  • Please follow the guided route to keep you safe from bee stings and snakes.
  • Admission fee is not refundable in the occurrence of rain.
  • Re-entry is not available during the same day.
  • The garden is not liable for loss and damage of tickets, your belongings or physical injuries caused by your personal mistakes and carelessness.
  • Prior reservation is required for the discount of a group of more than 30 persons.

Items prohibited

  • Pets (guide dogs excluded)
  • Canopy tents, small rides, sports goods such as balls, bicycles, quick boards, badminton goods, butterfly nets, skipping ropes, and gloves, and inflammables

Behaviors prohibited

  • Cooking (distributing food for a group, etc.), assembly and making speeches, using amplifiers and speakers, playing musical instruments or singing, recording for commercial purposes, recording by helicam or drones, taking photos in flower beds

※ In case of violation, visitors can be asked to leave the garden according to relevant laws.
